Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Accessories or gear damaged due to improper use or handling.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence of the product (in case of damage or defect)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item and prefer a replacement, please mention it in your return request. We will process the exchange at no additional shipping cost once the original item is returned.
